Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for Greece who can work remotely or on-site in Athens. You will assist international clients in English plus Italian, French, or Portuguese, handling inquiries via chat, email, and phone with a focus on timely, professional resolutions.

You will join a dynamic team and contribute to high customer satisfaction while learning about a range of services in an international environment.

Competenze

• Fluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, or Portuguese.
• Professional working proficiency B2 in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software tools.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Remote / On-site) - Greece

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialists fluent in English along with one of the following languages: Italian, French, or Portuguese. In this role, you will assist international clients via chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier service and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Handle customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat in your assigned language and English.
• - Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues regarding customer accounts, services, or products.
• - Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• - Collaborate with team members and internal departments to collaborate complex cases.

Requirements:

• - Fluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, OR Portuguese.
• - Professional working proficiency B2 in English.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software tools.
• - Previous experience in customer support or call center operations is a plus, but not required.
• - Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
