Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in English and Italian/French/Portuguese to assist international clients from Athens, Greece, either on-site or remotely within Greece. You will handle inquiries by chat, email, and phone, delivering high-quality service and effective issue resolution.

Competenze

• Fluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, OR Portuguese.
• Professional English proficiency at B2.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software tools.
• Previous customer support or call centre experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid work permit).

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Remote / On-site) - Greece

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialists fluent in English along with one of the following languages: Italian, French, or Portuguese. In this role, you will assist international clients via chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier service and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat in your assigned language and English.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues regarding customer accounts, services, or products.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to collaborate with complex cases.

Requirements:

• Fluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, OR Portuguese.
• Professional working proficiency B2 in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software tools.
• Previous experience in customer support or call centre operations is a plus, but not required.
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
