Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in English and one of Italian, French, or Portuguese to assist international clients via chat, email, and phone from Athens, Greece. The role offers both on-site and remote options within Greece, with relocation support for eligible candidates.

You will handle inquiries in multiple languages, troubleshoot account and product issues, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex cases while delivering high-quality service

Competenze

• Fluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, OR Portuguese.
• English proficiency at B2.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid work permit).

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Remote / On-site) - Greece

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialists fluent in English along with one of the following languages: Italian, French, or Portuguese. In this role, you will assist international clients via chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier service and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat in your assigned language and English.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues regarding customer accounts, services, or products.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to collaborate with complex cases.

Requirements:

• Fluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, OR Portuguese.
• Professional working proficiency B2 in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software tools.
• Previous experience in customer support or call centre operations is a plus, but not required.
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
