A leading company in the industry is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Milan. You will support the sales targets by providing excellent customer service to clients in the Italian market. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, managing sample requests, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in Customer Service or Commercial Back Office, ideally in B2B, with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in SAP and Excel. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
