Molex in Genova, Italy seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to support the sales channel within the Smiths Business Unit. You will handle quotations, review purchase orders, update backlog and coordinate returns to ensure a responsive customer experience.

Collaborating with sales, operations, quality and shipping, you will communicate effectively, provide proactive order updates, and help meet revenue objectives while maintaining the voice of the customer.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years customer service or related experience
• Knowledge of interconnection products and solutions
• Knowledge in Glovia and Salesforce preferred

Responsabilités

• Build productive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Process customer purchase orders through contract review cycle
• Issue quotations and manage backlog updates
• Provide proactive updates on open orders, shipments and delays
• Produce daily open-order and shipment reports
• Support revenue objectives through sales support and customer service
• Coordinate with operations, quality, shipping and sales to meet delivery goals
• Participate in internal and customer conference calls as needed
