The job
  • Chatting with customers via phone, messages & email
  • Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use
  • Provide professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
  • Follow presented response templates and quality standards
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project team
  • Giving product tips & recommendations

  • You speak the required language fluently
  • You have strong English skills – both written and spoken
