Job summary

Responsibilities

• Front office procedures and customer interface.
• Welcome truck drivers and communicate Site Security Rules.
• Contact forwarders and handle import/export documentation.
• Create purchase orders.
• Enter and process orders in SAP.
• Track orders through to billing and invoicing.
• Respond to customer requests (delivery times, invoicing, disputes).
• Support team during workload peaks.
• Assist with month-end closure procedures.
