Fedrigoni Group in Milan is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join the Customer Care team. You will process sales orders in SAP, handle offers for customized products, manage sample requests, and organize shipments. You will support Sales Agents, ensure a high level of customer experience, and follow up on payments.

Strong Excel skills and Italian fluency are required; English is also helpful. The role focuses on the Italian market with E2E order management and continuous improvement of

Competenze

• 1+ years in Customer Service or Commercial Back Office in a B2B setting.
• Strong customer orientation with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, flexible and great with people; goal oriented.
• Good knowledge of Excel; SAP experience is a plus; fluent Italian and good English.

Mansioni

• Process sales orders in SAP ERP from entry to dispatch.
• Enter requests for offers for customized products in SAP.
• Manage sample requests in SAP.
• Organize shipments, track orders to delivery, and address post-sale shipping issues to improve OTD.
• Be the assigned reference for Sales Agents and support customer requests.
• Ensure high-level customer experience and support customer needs.
• Perform reactive cross-selling when requested product is unavailable.
• Follow up with clients with missed payments while processing orders.
• Update client-specific price lists.
