Job summary

Calderys in Fiorano Modenese, Italy, seeks an organized professional to manage customer relationships from ordering to invoicing on a fixed-term contract through December 2027.

You will handle front office procedures, create purchase orders, enter orders in SAP, and coordinate with sales, factories and logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing. Fluent English and Italian are required.

In this role based in Fiorano, Italy, you will be in charge of customer relationship management, from ordering to invoicing. This is a fixed-term role until December 2027.

Responsibilities

• Front office procedure
• Welcome the truck drivers and provide them with the Site Security Rules
• Contact with forwarders (including import/export documentation)
• Purchase orders creation
• Enter orders in SAP
• Track orders to billing
• Respond to customer requests (delivery time, invoicing, disputes, etc.)
• Support the team in case of workload
• Support for month end closure procedure

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role (order management, customer service, etc.)
• Logistics for customer service experience including with billing-shipping
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft programs
• Experience in maintaining good communication and relationships with with customers and other teams (sales, factories, amongst others)
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Dynamism and problem solving
• Team spirit and mutual assistance
