Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Italy is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to manage the order-to-cash process for complex orders, coordinate warehousing and shipments, and ensure accurate invoicing. You will be the main contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, handling documentation, exports/imports, and keeping order statuses and delivery dates up to date.

The role requires strong organization, English proficiency, and ERP/Microsoft Office experience to support efficient operations

Competenze

Experience in customer care, order management or a similar operational role.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with multiple orders to manage.
Experience with ERP systems and MS Office; good English; Italian or other languages a plus.

Mansioni

Manage the order-to-cash process for complex orders (components, projects, field service and service operations).
Coordinate warehousing, shipments and invoicing; ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoices.
Act as the main contact for customers, providing regular order-status updates and handling changes.
Handle export/import documentation and customs procedures; monitor related costs and documentation.
Maintain supplier database, monitor backlog and progress of open orders; follow up on claims and issues.
