This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Marketing Manager in Italy. In this role, you will drive customer engagement, advocacy, and expansion across a global SaaS customer base. You will manage and execute end-to-end customer communications, including newsletters, blogs, case studies, and product updates, while partnering with Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Your focus will be on creating scalable, localized content that strengthens customer relationships, promotes adoption, and drives ARR/MRR growth. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring customer stories are communicated effectively across multiple regions. You will also oversee content localization and regional review processes to maintain message fidelity.
