This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Marketing Manager in Italy. In this role, you will drive customer engagement, advocacy, and expansion across a global SaaS customer base. You will manage and execute end-to-end customer communications, including newsletters, blogs, case studies, and product updates, while partnering with Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Your focus will be on creating scalable, localized content that strengthens customer relationships, promotes adoption, and drives ARR/MRR growth. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring customer stories are communicated effectively across multiple regions. You will also oversee content localization and regional review processes to maintain message fidelity. This is an opportunity to shape customer-facing marketing programs in a fast-growing, international environment with high impact.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and manage the editorial and communications calendar, including newsletters, blogs, product/release updates, and lifecycle emails
  • Create and optimize customer advocacy programs, reference pipelines, case studies, and testimonials
  • Design and execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns in partnership with Growth and Product Marketing teams
  • Refresh onboarding and adoption communications in collaboration with Customer Success, including email and in-app messaging
  • Maintain website content, blogs, and resource center entries with customer stories and product updates
  • Manage content localization workflows with regional reviewers to ensure message accuracy and consistency
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to produce high-quality marketing content, white papers, and research briefs
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer marketing, content, or lifecycle programs
  • Proven ability to produce and manage customer stories, campaigns, and content that drive retention and expansion
  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience interviewing practitioners and translating technical features into customer value
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, CRM, in‑app messaging, and segmentation/measurement tools
  • Ability to manage cross‑functional collaboration across Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Experience coordinating localization and regional reviews; veterinary or healthcare tech experience is a plus
  • Builder mindset: ability to create scalable processes, templates, and calendars without sacrificing quality
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, CMS platforms (Webflow), HubSpot, Linear, Pendo, and webinar/user research tools
