STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to manage orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will act as the main customer contact and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve issues while maintaining high service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. Italian language is a plus.

• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional support.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Quality to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor order execution, identify risks and drive timely corrective actions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service and operations.
