Job summary

Marelli Electronics in Corbetta, Italy seeks a Customer Service & OES Specialist to oversee OEM and OES customer service and post-sales operations. Based in Corbetta, you will bridge customers and internal logistics, ensuring timely order fulfillment and continuous process improvements.

You will work with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to align service offerings with customer needs, driving satisfaction and business growth. Experience in electronics and documentation is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with ERP/order management systems.
• Understanding of electronic components, assemblies, and OEM standards.

Responsibilities

• CRM: develop and maintain relationships with OEM and OES customers as primary contact.
• Aftersales: oversee aftersales inquiries, warranty claims, and resolutions.
• OES Operations: manage logistics, order fulfillment, inventory, and service parts availability.
• Cross-functional: collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Feedback: capture and respond to customer feedback to improve service levels.
