For the strengthening of the IT - CRM team in Milan we are looking for a/an:

Corporate CRM Specialist

The person will be involved in analysis and develop of features to support the activities of our subsidiaries.

Main activities:

• The CRM Analyst will be responsible for maintaining customer relationship software;
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth;
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics to management and stakeholders;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in customer experience, retention, and acquisition;
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements;
• Ensure the data quality and accuracy of customer information;
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and new developments in CRM and customer data management;
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM applications;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field;
• Welcome experience with Microsoft Dynamics;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
• Very good English;
• Welcome knowledge of a second language.
