Klöckner Pentaplast Europe GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Project Engineer for Verona, on-site.

You will drive continuous improvement and lead CAPEX projects at the Verona plant, coordinating with Site Manager and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and sustainability. You will manage CAPEX projects end to end, ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and environmental standards, while supporting the site’s

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, CI, or project engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and CI tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Lead continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing environment and analyse processes, data and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
• Foster employee engagement and a culture focused on excellence and results.
• Plan and monitor site CAPEX projects, ensuring budget, timelines and specs are met.
• Support business cases and economic evaluation of investment projects.
• Manage suppliers, consultants and contractors through all project phases.
