FIAMM Energy Technology S.P.A. seeks an experienced Senior Lean and Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive end-to-end improvements across Avezzano and Veronella plants, shaping a 3–5-year manufacturing excellence roadmap.

You will lead CI initiatives to optimize OEE, labor productivity and material efficiency, deploying Lean tools and an automation roadmap with cobots and intralogistics, while coaching leadership to foster a strong CI culture on the shop floor.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering or Industrial Management.
• 7–12+ years in manufacturing operations, CI/OpEx and/or industrial automation in high‑volume environments.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end improvement projects with measurable impact on cost, OEE, scrap and labor.
• Practical experience with Lean/CI and performance management (KPIs, OEE dashboards).
• Exposure to automation and controls (PLC/robot-based lines, cobots, vision systems or intralogistics solutions).
• Strong influencing, communication and change skills; comfortable working from the Gemba with operators, technicians and managers.
• Fluency in Italian and good command of English.

Mansioni

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the value stream from paste/curing to assembly, charging/finishing and logistics.
• Develop and update a 3–5-year manufacturing excellence roadmap for Avezzano and Veronella.
• Implement Lean/CI methods (VSM, SMED, 5S, standard work, visual management, problem solving) and contribute to standards and audits.
• Shape and deliver the automation roadmap (robots/cobots, visual controls, intralogistics).
• Coach plant leadership and teams to build a strong CI culture and share best practices between plants.
