Leonardo SpA in Cascina Costa (VA) seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to drive plant-level CI initiatives, analyze data, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet targets.

You will promote a Plant-by-Plant CI roadmap, lead problem-solving sessions, and support training to embed a culture of continuous improvement across manufacturing.

The role requires Lean skills, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment. Hybrid working is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field from an accredited university.
• Previous manufacturing experience in continuous improvement, quality, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in project management and leading improvement project teams is preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform cost deployment data analysis to scout initiatives.
• Support plants in expediting initiatives and tracking progress against targets.
• Develop and conduct reviews to drive results and ensure changes are permanent.
