Leonardo Worldwide Corporation in Cascina Costa (VA), Italy, is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead cost deployment analyses, coordinate with production plants, and drive plant-wide improvement initiatives.

You will implement Kaizen projects, run KPI-based reviews, and support training to foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence across the site. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a permanent contract.

Competenze

• Degree in science or engineering (BSc/MSc).
• Experience in manufacturing or project management and process optimization.
• English level at least B2; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Perform cost deployment data analysis with stakeholders to identify initiatives.
• Support production plants in expediting initiatives and generating new ones to meet targets.
• Track economic results and plant performance; monitor progress and escalate risks as needed.
• Promote Plant by Plant Continuous Improvement roadmap throughout the year.
• Conduct problem-solving sessions, define metrics, root causes, and implementation plans.
• Develop and conduct periodic reviews to drive lasting change and ensure KPI achievement.
• Support training/workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high quality.
