FIAMM Energy Technology seeks a Senior Lean and Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead cross-site CI initiatives across Avezzano and Veronella. You will drive end-to-end improvements from paste/curing to assembly, charging, and logistics, focusing on OEE, labor productivity, scrap reduction, and material efficiency.

You will implement Lean/CI methods, standardize practices, and shape the automation roadmap with robotics and intralogistics.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Industrial Management.
7–12+ years in manufacturing operations, CI/OpEx or automation in high-volume environments.
Proven end-to-end improvement project experience with measurable impact.
Fluency in Italian and good English.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end improvement projects with measurable cost, OEE, scrap and labor impact.
Implement Lean/CI methods and contribute to standards and audits.
Shape and deliver the automation roadmap (robots/cobots, intralogistics, digital tools).
Coach plant leadership and teams to build a strong continuous improvement culture.
