Klöckner Pentaplast in Verona, Italy, is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Project Engineer to drive site CI initiatives and manage CAPEX projects at the Verona plant. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate improvements across manufacturing, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to specs.

The role requires a 3–5 year track record in manufacturing CI or project engineering, strong Lean knowledge, and hands-on leadership with excellent English skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, focused on CI or Project Engineering.
• Experience leading industrial projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge and CI tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and proactive, with good English.
