PPG Caivano Plant seeks an Engineering Manager to lead process optimization, capital projects and energy management across the site. You will drive safety, reliability and efficiency of assets, coordinate with EHS and Operations, and develop the engineering team.

The role requires a strong background in process safety, CAPEX delivery and ISO 50001, with English and Italian proficiency, and a proactive leadership style.

Competenze

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of experience in engineering, maintenance and project management in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management incl. PHA/HAZOP and MOC.
• Experience with ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Lead engineering projects from concept through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up.
• Develop and manage CAPEX plans and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of plant assets and utilities.
• Drive energy management and energy efficiency improvements (ISO 50001).
• Coordinate with EHS, Quality and Operations to meet targets.
• Mentor and develop engineering personnel; lead continuous improvement.
