Klöckner Pentaplast in Verona, Italy, is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Project Engineer to drive site CI initiatives and manage CAPEX projects at the Verona plant. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate improvements across manufacturing, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to specs.
The role requires a 3–5 year track record in manufacturing CI or project engineering, strong Lean knowledge, and hands-on leadership with excellent English skills.

Reports to: Site Manager
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll drive continuous improvement and lead the site's capital investment (CAPEX) projects at our Verona plant. You'll identify and deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, safety and sustainability across manufacturing - and coordinate CAPEX projects end to end, on time, on budget and to spec. Working closely with the Site Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll be a key driver of operational excellence and a real influence on the site's manufacturing strategy.
