Experteer Italy is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Leader to oversee two plants, drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in a global manufacturing setting.

You will champion Lean and Six Sigma, ensure HSE and regulatory compliance, lead cross-functional teams with sourcing, engineering and planning, and push cost reduction targets while sustaining product quality.

Competenze

• Minimum 8–10 years in manufacturing.
• Experience in an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will lead and optimize operations across two plants to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet performance targets and cost reduction goals while upholding HSE and quality standards. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to elevate plant capability and resource utilization. This is an international manufacturing environment with a focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions. You will report to the Director Production Center Italy and influence production strategy within the Production Center Italy.

• Oversee operations for two plants: Facility & Environment, Logistics & Material Handling, Assembly & Test / Manufacturing
