About the Project

Social interaction has been revolutionized by platforms connecting hundreds of millions of users worldwide. As part of this global team, youll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with platform policies and fostering a positive user experience for the Italian market.

Your Role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• Analyze and Moderate Content: Review videos, images, text, audio, comments, and user appeals to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
• Maintain Platform Standards: Identify and address content that violates policies, including sensitive material (e.g., vulgar content, violence, fake news).
• Shift Rotation: Be part of a 24/7 team, working on rotational shifts to provide around-the-clock support.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with platform policies.
• Maintain a consistent and professional approach, even when handling sensitive content.
• Collaborate with the team to provide a high-quality moderation service.

Training Program: 92.80 EUR per week during the 10-day training period (8 hours/day, conducted in English).

• Salary:858.81 EUR gross/month (including base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, plus food allowance and room allowance).

Relocation Package

We make your move to Lisbon seamless with:

• Airport pick-up and administrative assistance.
• Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
