KPMG Italia cerca un Consultant/Senior Consultant per la Governance, il Rischio e la Compliance nel settore finanziario. Questo ruolo prevede la gestione delle responsabilità amministrative e la valutazione dei sistemi di controllo interno per clienti nel settore bancario e assicurativo. Si richiedono almeno due anni di esperienza, una laurea in Economia o Giurisprudenza e ottima conoscenza dell'inglese. KPMG Advisory’s Governance, Risk & Compliance team supports companies in the definition of governance and organisational structures to face the challenges of digital transformation through processes for the management of risks and opportunities. If you are passionate about governance and internal control and risk management systems applied to the financial reporting sector, with an interest in consulting, join ourMilanteam serving clients in theFinancial sector.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Managing theadministrative liability of entitiesin accordance withLegislative Decree 231/01
  • Overseeing and assessing theinternal control systemsofbanking, financial, and insurance intermediaries

This is the perfect opportunity for you if:

  • at leasttwo yearsofrisk & compliance experiencewith companies (insurance companies or banks) or consulting companies;
  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Economics or Law, with excellent academic results;
  • an interest in financial services (banking and/or insurance) and a good knowledge of the finance sector's regulatory framework;
  • excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad.
