How you will create an impact

• Be involved in projects for industry leaders and early-stage ventures, driving launch effectiveness and commercial excellence
• Conduct advanced analyses (market, competitive, financial) to support data-driven decision-making
• Take ownership and lead specific sub-workstreams within client projects delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Present findings and insights confidently to internal (and potentially client) stakeholders
• Support the project team to develop strategies, solutions, and actionable recommendations for our clients
• Collaborate with international teams across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

Your profile

• Outstanding academic performance in business management, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
• Fluency in business English and Italian, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Python) is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation, and eagerness to grow personally and professionally
• Proven ability to collaborate in dynamic and international environments
