Job Description

Enfinity is looking for an HSE Manager to plan, implement, and coordinate health and safety programs according to engineering and construction principles to ensure safe working conditions and processes are maintained, followed, and improved where necessary.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and state regulations regarding construction sites.
• Execute health and safety plans on construction sites and train employees on safety policies to encourage a culture of health and safety.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing job-specific safety plans.
• Perform safety audits and inspections, prepare reports of findings, and recommend corrective or preventative measures.
• Deliver corrective actions to improve H&S policies.
• Coordinate and conduct worksite inspections, assessments, surveys, and program evaluations to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with superintendents, project managers, and contractors on incident investigations and documentation.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions related to incidents.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or similar).
• At least 10 years of experience managing H&S policies on construction sites.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and proficiency in another language based on residence.
• Experience working on-site.
