Job Description

Join the team at the Relais Chateaux Caesar Augustus Hotel, and contribute to creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. Caesar Augustus Hotels is looking for a dynamic and passionate Commis de Rang, ready to support our exceptional restaurant team.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up tables with attention to detail
• Collaborate with the team to ensure impeccable service.
• Ensure the work area is always clean and tidy.
• Greet and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Interpret the culinary needs of the clientele.
• Sell the company's products and services.
• Serve food and beverages to diners.
• Clean and tidy the operational area.
• Strictly adhere to hygiene and health standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Have a good command English
• Knowledge of gastronomy, national and regional cuisine.
• Knowledge of enology, wine and beverage service.
