Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie and kitchen team across different positions, learning and adapting to the needs of the business while maintaining consistency in preparation and presentation.
• Assist with daily mise en place and food preparation, following established recipes, techniques, and quality standards.
• Support the kitchen team in the preparation and execution of specialty dinners, private events, and functions.
• Assist with additional preparations and tasks as required to ensure smooth and efficient service.
