Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a passionate Commis de Partie to join our culinary team. You will assist in preparing high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring consistency with our luxury standards.

Ideal candidates have prior culinary experience, solid knife skills, and a good grasp of food safety. The role requires Italian fluency; English is an advantage. This is a full-time position in Florence with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience or experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning procedures.
• Proficient knife skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain assigned kitchen stations for service.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food quality, stock levels, and proper storage procedures.
• Minimize food waste and support cost-control initiatives.
• Assist with food preparation and cleaning across kitchen areas as needed.
