Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Commis de Partie highly recommended.
• Strong focus on precision, detail, and consistency in plate presentation and overall dish quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment.
• Employment Type: Seasonal; Full-time
• Salary Range: € 24.500 gross per year / 14 months

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie and kitchen team across different kitchen positions, learning and adapting to the needs of the business while maintaining consistency in preparation and presentation.
• Assist with daily mise en place and food preparation, following established recipes, techniques, and quality standards.
• Support the kitchen team in the preparation and execution of specialty dinners, private events, and functions.
• Assist with additional preparations and tasks as required to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food products, following proper food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support the team with food requisitions, stock organization, and daily kitchen tasks as directed by the Chef de Partie or Chef.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the kitchen.
