With over 50 factories in Bangladesh, we provide flexible and scalable production to meet your needs. Our production capacity is:

  • Flat Knitwear (Sweaters): 8 million pieces per year
  • Circular Knitwear: 8 million pieces per year
  • Woven Wear: 3.00 million pieces per year

Every season we develop around 400 styles of sweaters, pullovers and cardigans, offering a wide range of options. Our sweater gauge includes 1.5 gg, 3 gg, 5 gg, 7 gg, 10 gg, 12 gg and 14 gg.

We are proud that our manufacturing factories are approved by leading certifications such as BSCI, SEDEX, ACCORD, OEKO‑TEX and GOTS, reflecting our commitment to ethical practices and sustainable production.

Quality is at the core of our operations. We follow AQL label 1.5 – 2.5 or according to the customer’s required standard, supported by a strong quality‑control team that follows production and conducts inline, middle and final inspections.

Overall Responsibilities
  • Clothing Sales & Marketing to brand (store, shop, retailer, wholesaler, importer, supermarket, hypermarket, e‑commerce, mail‑order, catalogue‑order)
  • Direct visits to brand client offices for appointments and meetings
  • Maintain strong relationships and communication with clients
  • Order negotiations and order collection
  • Collaborate and communicate with Lamia Fashion production office in Bangladesh
Goals
  • Work operationally and efficiently to ensure orders from clients
  • Work with dedication and commitment to achieve the company’s margin and gross‑profit requirements from new orders
  • Continuously improve and develop new clients
  • Secure the best price for the best margin from client orders
We are looking for someone who
  • Has at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Has education or documented experience in textiles and clothing sales and marketing
  • Communicates fluently in both German and English, spoken and written
  • Understands the importance of working strategically and analytically for continued growth
  • Is structured, proactive, and used to working independently
  • Has extensive experience in new client development for new orders
  • Has strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to establish long‑term partnerships internally and externally with clients
