• Contribute to root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence of client queries, issues, and requests.
• Perform technical analysis for the Technical Service Team.
• Communicate product errors or seek support regarding complex client queries to the Technical Service Team.
• Manage your knowledge and skills actively to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Identify service, process, and product improvements.
• Assist with client user groups, internal workshops, and focus groups.
• Share activities and best practices with team members.
• Work independently on daily tasks following management guidance.
• Report to the Cloud Service Manager; manage project resources without direct supervisory responsibilities.
