Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Advisor to act as a brand ambassador and guide clients through the luxury experience. You will be proactive in reaching out to clients, learning product knowledge, and developing long-term relationships to support boutique goals.

In this role, you will work with a team to deliver exceptional service while adhering to brand standards. Weekend availability and strong communication skills are essential to success.

Competenze

• Experience in retail with clienteling.
• Fluency in English at B2 level; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to work on weekends.

As a Client Advisor, you will be a brand ambassador and your mission will be to ensure that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover each client’s needs and guide them through the brand. You will be proactive in reaching out to your clients in order to achieve both individual and team goals.

• Achieve individual and team objectives while being accountable for sales results
• Welcome every client and provide the best client experience
• Support clients in purchasing all LV products
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, leveraging different clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty
• Give your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the overall goals of the boutique
• Learn to master the Brand and develop in-depth product knowledge
• Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
• Follow company policies and procedures

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work on weekends
• Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems
