Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Advisor in Italy (Toscana). You will be a brand ambassador, guiding clients through the LV experience and proactively reaching out to build relationships to meet individual and team goals.

You will welcome clients, support purchases of LV products, and develop in-depth product knowledge while maintaining brand standards and collaborating with the boutique team. Weekend availability and strong Excel/IT skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong clienteling and sales experience in retail.
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and commercial mindset.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work on weekends.
