Louis Vuitton Maison Verona is seeking a Client Advisor to act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise and guiding them through the brand. You will proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals, while developing long-term relationships and mastering product knowledge.

The role requires strong clienteling skills, a passion for the LV brand, teamwork, and flexibility to work weekends.

Formación

• Strong clienteling and retail experience
• Empathetic, agile, and commercially minded
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Availability to work on weekends

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual and team objectives while being accountable for sales results
• Welcome every client and provide the best client experience
• Support clients in purchasing all LV products
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, leveraging different clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty
• Give your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the overall goals of the boutique
• Learn to master the Brand and develop in-depth product knowledge
• Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
• Follow company policies and procedures
