Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Genova is seeking a Client Advisor to serve as a brand ambassador and deliver the Louis Vuitton promise to every client. You will identify client needs, guide purchases, and proactively reach out to clients to contribute to store and team goals.

You will strive to discover each client’s needs and guide them through the brand. You will be proactive in reaching out to your clients in order to achieve both individual and team goals.

• Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
• Follow company policies and procedures

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work on weekends
• Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems
