Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Italy seeks a Client Advisor to act as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client is treated in line with the Louis Vuitton promise. You will guide clients through the brand, proactively reach out to them, and achieve both individual and team goals.

You will welcome clients, support purchases across LV products, and build long-term relationships using clienteling tools. Strong product knowledge, branding standards, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in clienteling and retail is required.
• Fluent in English (B2); other languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and IT systems.

• Welcome every client and provide the best client experience.
• Support clients in purchasing Louis Vuitton products across the range.
• Develop long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to promote loyalty.
