Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• HACCP certification or experience in HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Know raw ingredients and check quality.
• Master the menu and replicate recipes.
• Manage inventory and communicate orders to chefs.
• Supervise and coordinate assistant chefs and extra staff.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service and quality.
• Maintain hygiene and HACCP-compliant work area.
