Job summary

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will contribute to F&B production across outlets with a focus on quality, presentation and consistency.

This full-time role offers a structured environment in a renowned luxury hotel, with periodic menu updates, seasonal ingredients and opportunities to grow within the Marriott International portfolio.

Qualifications

• Culinary skill and attention to detail required.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Safety-minded approach in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the assigned station under the supervision of the Sous Chef.
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
• Assist in preparing orders, stock supplies and check inventories.
• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes and guidelines.
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
