New Start Germany GmbH is seeking a Chef de Partie Saucier to lead sauce preparation at a premium tourism-focused kitchen in Italy. You will prepare all sauces, stocks and jus, and plate meats and fish in close collaboration with the head chef.

You will ensure high standards of taste, consistency and presentation, coordinate the Saucier station, and support onboarding of new team members in an international setting. Free meals and accommodation are provided.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a chef.
• Solid experience in sauce preparation and handling meat and fish.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all sauces, stocks and jus at the highest level.
• Plate meat and fish dishes in collaboration with the head chef.
• Ensure quality, taste, consistency and presentation meet standards.
• Coordinate the Saucier station and work with neighboring sections.
• Maintain clean, structured HACCP-compliant work practices.
• Support onboarding of new team members.

Job Description

• Responsible for preparing all sauces, stocks, and jus at the highest level
• Preparation and plating of meat and fish dishes in close collaboration with the head chef
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards in taste, consistency, and presentation
• Coordinating the “Saucier” station and working closely with neighboring sections
• Clean and structured working style in accordance with HACCP guidelines
• Supporting the onboarding of new team members

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as a chef
• You have solid experience in sauce preparation and handling meat and fish dishes
• You work precisely, independently, and remain organized even under pressure
• You are a team player, committed, and quality-oriented
• You have proficiency in at least one of the following languages at B2 level: German, English, or Italian
