SAN SONNEA in the Dolomites is seeking a motivated Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) to join our kitchen brigade and learn under the Executive Chef across multiple sections. You will support the Chefs de Partie, prepare mise en place, handle seasonal regional products and contribute to high-quality dishes in a five-star setting.

Competenze

• Completed culinary training or initial professional experience in a kitchen.
• Passion for high-quality cuisine and regional products.

• Very good German or English skills; Italian is an advantage.

To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn and passionate Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about high-quality cuisine and ready to build the foundation for further professional development.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the Chefs de Partie and kitchen team in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes


• Working across different kitchen sections and learning the various processes


• Preparing the mise en place for daily service


• Assisting with Tasting Cube experiences and cooking classes


• Carefully handling fresh, seasonal and regional products


• Ensuring cleanliness, organization and hygiene throughout the kitchen


• Complying with all hygiene, quality and HACCP standards


• Handling food and working materials carefully and efficiently


• Actively supporting the team during service and closing procedures


• Willingness to learn and continuously develop professional skills

Your Profile
