RINA is currently recruiting for a Business Support Advisor - Categorie Protette to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Energy Business Integration and Project Coordination Division.
The successful candidate will work on the administrative area of engineering projects and will manage the project control activities.
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Economics
• Bachelor Degree in Economics or Management Engineer will be a plus
• Having at least 1-2 years’ experience in the similar roles would be considered as a plus
• Past experience in the accounting and finance department of a large company, preferably Engineering consulting will be a plus
• Experience in accounting, finance and tax matters
Fluency in English is a requirement, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,Power Point, Access and profiency Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines and organize monthly and quarterly monitoring activities
• Pro-active customer focused approach
