What you’ll be doing

As the Business Manager, your role will be pivotal in expanding our brand presence and strategic business partnerships in the region. This is a varied and challenging role where you will be working within a multi-cultural environment, able to input, collaborate with different global teams within the group as well as external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across the Southern Europe, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.
  • Strategically establish relationships & cultivate opportunities with business partners and develop strategic partnerships alliances that bring onboard new location(s) that are aligned with the Business Development strategy.
  • Manage the tender preparation, write-up and delivery of proposals through professional presentations and closing business deals by complying with requirements and upholding Plaza Premium Group highest quality standards.
  • Driving revenue growth and ensure strong performance against business targets to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Responsible for the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations for new business opportunities, specifically in relation to the expansion of the PPG 3rd Party Lounge network.
  • Partner with local, regional & global teams to review and oversee the development of proposals on opportunities in various business verticals.
