Join us at Centauro Rent a Car to lead the Milano Centrale Station as a Branch Manager.

About the role

Centauro Rent a Car is a market leader with over 50 years of experience in the car rental sector. We have offices across Southern Europe, the Mediterranean coast and the Greek islands. We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and energetic Branch Manager to manage our Milano Centrale Station office.

Responsibilities
  • Organise team schedules to ensure consistent customer service.
  • Oversee subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
  • Control operating costs and achieve target budgets.
  • Enhance cross‑selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) both personally and by encouraging the team.
  • Assist customers in operational management and coordinate schedules.
  • Maintain a positive work environment, enable professional development and foster employee commitment.
  • Report to management on operations, results and incidents, and receive necessary guidance.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in the rent‑a‑car business.
  • Experience coordinating another operator is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of operational details: vehicle incidents, cross‑selling systems, etc.
  • Commercial orientation and excellent customer service skills.
  • Advanced level of Office Automation.
  • Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
