Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to act as the primary customer liaison for order-related activities. The role requires on-site presence five days a week in Italy's Lombardy region (Assago).

You will independently manage an assigned customer portfolio and execute the order-to-cash process to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years of experience or a high school diploma with extensive relevant experience,

Qualifications

• English and German fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years OR High School Diploma with 5+ years OR High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience in customer service/order management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process order-to-cash from receipt through confirmation, delivery and invoicing.
• Manage customer order portfolio with accurate execution and policy compliance.
• Serve as front-line contact for product, quality, and supply chain inquiries.
