Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Customer Service Representative II fluent in English and French to work on-site five days a week. You will independently manage an assigned customer portfolio and execute the full order-to-cash process, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals.

You will collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Quality, analyze SAP reports, handle inquiries and non-conformances, and support colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
• Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in order management or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process order-to-cash from receipt to delivery and invoicing across channels.
• Manage customer order portfolio independently and ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as front-line contact for product, quality, and supply chain inquiries.
• Keep clients informed and proactively support service levels.
• Analyze SAP reports to identify and resolve open issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Handle non-conformances/claims, returns and debit/credit notes.
• Act as backup for colleagues and build customer trust through clear communication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of order management processes.
