Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Customer Service Representative II in Lombardy, Italy, to own order-to-cash for an independent portfolio and act as the extended arm of the commercial team. The role is on-site five days a week and welcomes applicants from protected categories under Law 68/1999.

You will process orders from contract to delivery, address inquiries across product and supply chain areas, and use SAP reports to resolve issues while maintaining proactive, transparent communication with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 0–3 years in related field.
High School Diploma with 5+ years in customer service, order management, or related field.
Fluency in English and French with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Process order-to-cash from contract management to delivery for all orders and customers (EDI, export, web orders).
Serve as frontline business contact for product, service, and supply chain inquiries; keep clients informed and responsive.
Analyze SAP reports to identify and resolve open issues.
Interface with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Product Stewardship, Trade Compliance, and Quality.
Manage customer non-conformances/claims, including debit/credit notes.
Build sustainable customer trust through proactive communication.
