Job summary

Freudenberg Group seeks a customer service/order entry professional in Italy to validate orders, confirm receipt and delivery, and monitor statuses. You will act as the primary contact for customers and coordinate with internal production to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Experience in SAP and fluency in English and German are required, with French as a plus. A bachelor’s degree in language or economics is expected, with advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in language or economics; advanced degree preferred.
• Specified years of customer service experience is a plus.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Fluent-level English and German. French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts order validations and entries.
• Confirms customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.
• Monitor and tracks order statuses and manages claim cases and returns.
• Provides clear and consistent communication between and with customers and internal production.
• Serves as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.
• Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System.
