Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in languages or economics; advanced degree or compensating experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and German; French is a plus; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts order validations and entries.
• Confirms customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.
• Monitors order statuses and manages claim cases and returns.
• Provides clear communication between customers and internal production.
• Serves as the primary contact for customers, including issues or escalation.
• Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System.
